The Flagship Team:

Flagship Mortgage professionals bring you over 50 years of combined experience in all aspects of residential real estate finance. The seasoned team of loan originators and processors are currently led by the company’s president and co-founder Thomas B. “Tom” Hamilton. Concentrating his studies in real estate finance, Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1975. He then garnered vast industry knowledge and experience while building the Los Angeles branch of one of the nation’s largest and most successful direct home lenders. In 1993, he partnered with Edward J. “Ed” Rosenblum to establish Flagship Mortgage Company.

A Tribute to Ed:

Edward J. “Ed” Rosenblum, co-founder of Flagship Mortgage Company, lost his life to pancreatic cancer in May of 2007. Ed left his mark on the firm during his fourteen year tenure as Senior Vice President. Leading by example, Ed’s unwavering commitment to provide the best possible outcome for each individual was the driving force behind Flagship Mortgage Company as it is today. Ed’s comfortable manner and genuine compassion for others gave him the ability to quickly gain the trust and confidence of all he came in contact with. Results suggest that trust was always well-founded. Ed was a dedicated family man, very devoted to his beloved wife Gail and especially proud of their three daughters, Beth, Leah and Halie. Ed’s Legacy lives on in Flagship Mortgage Company. Ed will always be missed.
